As part of Naylor's commitment to the association community, they conduct one of the most comprehensive annual studies focused on
the member engagement and non-fees revenue practices of membership-based, mission-driven organizations. More than 3,000 senior leaders of North American trade associations, professional societies and association management companies have completed the online survey over the past 13 years; and, as one of the longest-standing surveys of the sector, the Association Benchmarking Report identifies important trends over time.
Akumina launched their annual survey in 2021, when they were looking for fresh ideas, industry trends, and ultimately, how the workforce had changed after an accelerated remote work revolution in 2020 and 2021.
